Refund Policy 

Our Refund Policy is a legally binding agreement that explains how refunds are handled between Miracle Lawn Landscaping and our customers. This policy is designed to set clear expectations around when and how refunds may be issued for services provided. In some areas, refund and return policies are required by law to protect consumers. By clearly outlining our approach, we aim to stay transparent, meet legal standards, and avoid confusion — so you always know what to expect if you're ever unsatisfied with our work.

What The Refund Policy Includes

At Miracle Lawn Landscaping, we want you to be fully satisfied with the services we provide. If you're not happy with the results, you must notify us within 48 hours of the completed service to be considered for a refund or rework. Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the situation and the work performed. In general, refunds are only issued when there is a clear service issue or if we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work. Pre-paid or seasonal packages must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled visit to qualify for a refund.
